Mumbai : Kherwadi Social Welfare Association arranged the programme of the launch of ‘Prakashache Bet’ , a Book on real case studies of Yuva Parivartan, its Flagship Initiative , by renowned Marathi author Ms. Anuradha Gore, on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at the Mini Theater , Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Mrs. Mrinalini Kher, Honorary Secretary of the organization invited all for this programme.
Yuva Parivartan has today emerged as the largest and most professionally managed Livelihoods NGO in the country, providing skill training to more than one lakh youth every year. To commemorate 20 years of Yuva Parivartan and 90 years of KSWA, we are launching ‘Prakashache Bet’ jointly with Granthali, a Public Charity Trust.
The book is a tribute to all the success stories that have become torch bearers for excelling in spite of heavy odds encountered by them. The real case studies have been documented and made into stories by renowned Ms. Anuradha Gore. This book celebrates the power of human resilience and will help to motivate and bring more people from the deprived sections of society into the mainstream.
